Systemic Change

for Christian School Education

Christian education is an essential component of God’s kingdom.  The Bible has numerous admonitions regarding the training of children because the knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures is a foundational element in understandings how God has reached out to mankind, provided salvation to all who received Jesus Christ, and supplies daily guidance through the Holy Spirit.

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
—Proverbs 22:6 (ESV)

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
— Ephesians 6:4 (ESV)

And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
—Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (ESV)

Christian schools provide unique opportunities for educating young people.  Cultivating both Biblical knowledge and understanding in students is best accomplished through a systemic approach.  Thoughtfully orchestrating all the components of a school (mission-vision; learning beliefs; curriculum, instruction, and assessment; personnel practices; policies; procedures; and leadership) maximizes the impact of achieving the ends of Christian education. The goal of this website is to provide Christian educators with tools that will increase prospects of preparing young people to be ambassadors and workers for God’s kingdom.
